One of the secrets to our delicious cheesecakes is the crust. Starting with the very best as a foundation, we use our own fresh baked Mandelbroit cookies as the base - adding a depth of flavour unknown to other cheesecakes. The base is available with or without nuts.

Our cheesecake layer is smooth, rich, creamy, and light. Each delightfully scrumptious flavour is not just added on top, but an integral part of the cheesecake. Every tasty bite is loaded with the cheesecake's distinctive individual flavour.
