Today’s hottest food trend is all about tradition, nostalgia and authentic, old-fashioned food preparation. In one word, it’s artisan and that is who we are.
We are small hands on company. We do everything ourselves, from searching out the best quality ingredients, to the making and baking of our products, and from hand packaging to direct sales. Everything is formed by hand in the traditional manner.
We produce a quality product. We make small batches and each batch is carefully crafted. Process is important. We put great care into the outcome. We use the same ingredients mother used when she first created these recipes, which results in an authentic homemade product. We use no preservatives and all natural ingredients. Our goal is to provide the best in the traditional manner. Though it may take longer the result is better.
We began with just the Mandelbroit Cookies. Our customers have inspired us to expand our product line to include our cheesecakes and dessert sauces. Through our method of direct sales to our customers, we were surprised to discover that they are often as interested in who is making their food as they are in the taste. They want to know what is in it as well as how it is made.
“Better than Biscotti” ™, our trademark, was a gift from many of our customers who returned for more of our cookies with the phrase, “They are better than biscotti!”
